Quebella products may be returned within 14 working days after receipt, as stated in the Dutch law “sales online”. Costs for returning the product are not reimbursed by Quebella. When the product is received reimbursement is executed as soon as possible. In case of a purchase by commission returning the product is not applicable.
A purchased product from the webshop may be returned after which you can order a new product. Be advised that you will pay the transport costs for each purchase and return shipment
All products of Quebella carry a standard warranty of one year.
In the unfortunate case of a broken jewel, please contact Quebella via email ( or by phone +31621800447. Together we will find a solution so you will enjoy your jewel again.
Het is mogelijk om door Quebella maatwerk te laten maken. Tevens is het mogelijk om een van de sieraden die in de webshop staan, naar uw wens te laten aanpassen. Voor meer informatie over maatwerk neem dan contact op met Quebella.
In case you did not receive your product within 7 days after ordering please contact Quebella as soon as possible. Deliveries are normally made within 7 days. If not we will check what has happened.
It is possible that a product is no longer visible in the webshop. All jewellery is handmade and unique. Of most jewellery only one piece exists. When this piece is sold it will be automatically removed form the webshop. It is possible that a jewel returns in the webshop because it has been returned or a new creation has been made.
Quebella makes handmade jewellery of which each piece is unique and created by the artist. In some cases it is possible to have an extra piece be created
Unfortunately we cannot accept worn pieces of jewel as return because of hygiene. Please keep this in mind when ordering and possibly wanting to return the product.
Quebella will make serious effort to process webshop orders as soon as possible. This implies that your order will normally be delivered to you within 7 days
